**Description:**
You will be the Project Lead - for the Simulation & System Test (SST) Reprogramming Labs which is responsible for delivering high‑fidelity simulation and Hardware‑In‑The‑Loop (HITL) test products to F‑35 customers.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Project Lead - Reprogramming Labs you will be responsible for guiding the end‑to‑end development of reprogramming‑lab solutions that enable realistic, high‑performance testing of F‑35 software.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑fidelity simulation/HITL test products.
+ Direct a team of systems engineers through research, implementation, and operational support of lab assets.
+ Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cost targets to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
