Job Description
This role designs and integrates ATC IP‑based voice communication systems while driving the creation, control, and accuracy of System Configuration Documents (SCDs) and related technical documentation. You’ll translate customer needs into validated requirements, develop system architectures, and maintain traceability through artifacts such as VCRMs and configuration baselines. The position serves as a technical bridge between customers, engineering teams, and certification bodies, ensuring all system designs and configurations are fully documented and compliant. You will support testing, training, installation, and troubleshooting activities, always ensuring documentation reflects the current system state. Success in this role depends on strong communication, disciplined documentation practices, and the ability to manage complex configurations across the project lifecycle.
