Job Summary First Tel Tech is looking for a capable and hands-on Systems & Cloud Engineer to support our managed IT services and project deployments for SME customers. The role is suitable for someone who can handle more than basic desktop support and is comfortable working on Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud services, backup, endpoint security, monitoring, and customer IT infrastructure projects. The engineer will be involved in troubleshooting, implementation, documentation, and improvement of customer environments.
