Are you an experienced Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft 365, security, and infrastructure skills ?

DCX is looking for a Home-Based Systems Administrator to support a growing U.S.-based company. This role goes beyond traditional helpdesk, combining Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, cloud administration, endpoint security, and infrastructure support .

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment while working closely with the Director of IT Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated IT issues
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access
