**Description:** You will be the Senior System Safety Engineer (SSE) for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Advanced Programs team. Our team safeguards every product we deliver to customers, ensuring that the warfighter is protected through rigorous safety engineering and compliance.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Senior System Safety Engineer you will own the development, execution, and continual improvement of system safety programs across multiple missile and fire control programs. You’ll work independently and partner with engineers, software developers, trainers, and customers to embed safety into every design decision. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing hazard analyses, safety assessments, and risk based mitigation strategies for hardware, software, training, and procedures.
