Key Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and hardening Windows Server and various Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu).
• Managing virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V or Redhat.
• Executing OS‑level patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshooting complex system‑level performance issues.
• Administering Exchange Online and On‑premises Exchange servers.
• Configuring mail flow, transport rules, and anti‑spam/anti‑phishing policies.
• Monitoring Microsoft 365 services and license allocation.
