Provide first level support for user technical issues or IT incidents.
Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to ERP.
Manage and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops, virtualisation, network switches, voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
Perform and manage infrastructure patching and update.
Manage day-to-day operations and provide support for Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
Administration experience with next-generation endpoint security solutions.
