Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

:
  • Aufbau, Optimierung und die technologische Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Systemlandschaft
  • Pflege der Microsoft Systeminfrastruktur mit der einhergehenden Installation, Planung und Konfiguration Windows Servern
  • Entwicklung und Betrieb von Lösungen in o365, Intune und Azure
  • Unterstützung unserer globalen IT Service Organisation durch die Bearbeitung von Service Request und Incidents
  • Planung und Inbetriebnahme von neuer Hardware, Durchführung von Installationen und Releasewechsel
  • Betreuung der Clients im 2nd und 3rd Level Support sowie Troubleshooting der Client- und Serversysteme
  • Administration der Citrix Infrastruktur: XenDesktop, XenApp, Netscaler
  • Betreuung zentraler Virenschutzsysteme
