Job Description

One of the Global market leader of microphones and audio electronics, is now seeking an System Engineer - Infrastructure to join their professional team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • carrying out tier 1 and tier 2 support such as triage, troubleshooting, system administration, as well as with basic server and network knowledge to perform and deliver global infrastructure projects, deployments and upgrades
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment
  • Support global projects and initiatives for servers, database, network and telephony
  • Ensure and enforce the hardware and software in accordance with the global approved standards and keep the working tools assigned to users are in good conditions
