Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is responsible for the hands‑on administration, support, and optimization of endpoint and collaboration technologies. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining and enhancing desktop, mobile, and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure and reliable operations, and driving technical improvements within the digital workplace environment.

• Administer, configure, and support endpoint platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Intune, SCCM, and GPO.
• Implement and manage virtual desktops, software deployment, central patch management, and endpoint hardening to meet security and compliance standards.
• Work closely with the Service Desk as L2 support to resolve escalated technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
