Storage Operations (SAN / NAS)

- Perform standard storage provisioning tasks such as LUN creation, host mapping, and volume allocation following established procedures.

- Support administration of enterprise storage platforms such as NetApp, Dell EMC (PowerMax/VMAX), Isilon, Pure Storage.

- Assist with basic troubleshooting related to capacity, connectivity, and access issues.

- Work with senior engineers to resolve performance or availability incidents.

- Follow documented runbooks and SOPs for routine storage operations.
