Job Description
System Analyst (Tech Lead) - Gaming Tech/Loyalty Program
Resorts World Genting – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:- Manage a technical team comprising Analyst Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, and Software Engineers in leading the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions.
- Conduct Requirement Gathering, System Walkthroughs, User & Technical Training, and UAT with project stakeholders.
- Perform High-Level and Detailed System Design using strong Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles.
- Lead core software development specifically focusing on complex rendering logic and custom UI components using GDI+ and WPF.
- Oversee deployment processes, including software packaging, installation, and configuration.
- Provide Level 2/3 support and technical consultation for customers, including onsite/offsite troubleshooting for local and overseas systems.
