About the Role

The Senior Systems Analyst conducts stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and define system requirements, translating them into clear functional and system specifications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the analyst assesses system and business-process challenges and evaluates solution options to maximize value. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enable informed technical decision‑making. The Senior Systems Analyst also supports user acceptance testing (UAT) and assists with training and rollout activities to ensure successful adoption and realization of expected business benefits. The position may also include responsibility for designing, implementing, and testing technical standards and solutions, as well as performing hands‑on technical work as needed.
