Senior System Analyst  is operations support system (OSS) specialist often work under Operations Manager  and perform any duties that are needed for smooth business operations . Some of these tasks may involve delegating or communicating information to other parties.Senior system Analyst often acts as trainer for new starters and ensure that that take ownerships of role that they are currently in. Any operational problem that may arise must be informed to inline manager.
