Our leading Investment Banking client is looking for a Synthetics Lead Developer (VP level) to join a front office technology team supporting a global platform for synthetics and financing.

This is a hands‑on leadership role working directly with Trading and product teams to build high-performance systems across pricing, risk and trade lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with front office stakeholders to gather and deliver on business requirements
• Leading the design and development of low‑latency, event‑driven systems
