**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The Switchboard PBX Operator PRN will answer and correctly route all calls in a prompt, courteous, and pleasant manner and to provide monitoring of all essential alarm systems to start responses to alarm activator.

+ Demonstrate ability to operate console unit promptly and efficiently.
+ Maintain courtesy when responding to incoming and outgoing callers.
