**🛠️** **What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll be running and fine-tuning CNC Swiss machines to produce high-quality, precision parts in medium- to long-run production.

**Your day-to-day will include:**

+ Setting up and operating **CNC Swiss machines** (Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar)
+ Performing **tool installs, offsets, and work holding adjustments**
+ **Reading blueprints and machining to exact specifications**
+ **Monitoring production to ensure tight tolerances and consistent quality**
+ **Making real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimize scrap**
+ **Performing tool changes and offsets during runs**
