Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Sweeny Refinery - Contract Specialist II for their Old Ocean, TX/ Sweeny, TX location.
 

Responsibilities:

Partner with refinery stakeholders to support day-to-day procurement activities, including services sourcing and supplier management

Lead and support sourcing events, including bid development, evaluation, and supplier selection

Manage assigned contracts, including negotiating terms, renewals, and amendments

Serve as a liaison between site stakeholders and central procurement/AES teams to ensure alignment and efficiency

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards

Identify opportunities to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risk

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
