**Senior Vice President, Compliance**

**Remote | Reports to Chief Medical and Safety Officer**

The SVP, Compliance will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for advancing Help at Home’s enterprise compliance program. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership and the Board to ensure a strong, scalable, and forward-looking compliance infrastructure across a complex, multi-state healthcare environment.

In addition to overseeing regulatory compliance, investigations, and audit functions, this role will evolve the compliance program from a primarily reactive model to a **proactive, data-driven, and risk-based approach** . The SVP will leverage data, technology, and predictive insights to identify trends, anticipate risk, and guide the organization toward measurable, objective decision-making.
