Job Description

Under the overall supervision of the Sr. HR Officer (Workforce Analytics & Reporting) and direct supervision of the JPO (HR Officer (AI and HR Solutions)), in collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters, the Global Shared Services Center (GSSC), and Regional and Country Offices, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for global HR data extraction and reporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the extraction, consolidation, and analysis of HR‑related data, primarily from the Organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution; identify and validate additional data sources, as required, to ensure completeness and reliability of reporting outputs.
• Liaise with requestors across the Organization to gather and document reporting requirements and deliver tailored reports/dashboards with preliminary interpretation of results.
