**WHO YOU ARE**
The selected candidate will serve as the first line manager for Global Sustainment (GS) in the Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) and Multi-Mission Air Defense (MMAD) submarket segments within the REAS market segment within SEMS. They will manage a team of Logistics Project Managers (LPMs) who direct the efforts of a matrixed GS team that includes GS Program Integration (PI), GS field services, GS Center of Excellence (COE) and subcontractor personnel. The selected candidate will ensure GS products and services are developed and delivered per contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements. They will report directly to the GS senior manager for REAS with dotted line reporting to the program directors of GBAS and MMAD.
