Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling stakeholders’ grievances as well as investment communities’ and rating agency’s expectation
  • Prepare Sustainability Report
  • Compilation of data from operating units
  • Manage Climate Action Plan
  • Manage Supply Chain matters
    • Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Development, Agriculture, Environmental & Social Science or any other related disciplines from a recognised University
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with exposure of working in sustainability or agriculture sectors
  • Understanding and knowledge in plantation’s sustainability certification requirements is an advantage
  • Good in analytical thinking skills and attention to details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Willing to travel both local and overseas
  • Good command of Bahasa Malays...
