- Position Title: Sustainability and ESG Lead
- Working Location: Somerset
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and ESMS to ensure compliance with IFC and UN standards.
- Advise senior management on ESG risks and integrate policies across procurement, operations, logistics, and investments.
- Lead carbon accounting and manage climate and deforestation risk assessments.
- Track environmental performance, including wastewater and waste management.
- Oversee social practices such as labor standards, health & safety, gender equality, and community engagement.
