Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Replacement Surveyor to join a leading company in the water industry. This role involves carrying out on-site surveys for lead pipe replacement programmes, ensuring accurate assessments, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
You’ll be responsible for identifying existing lead supply infrastructure, assessing site conditions, and providing clear technical data to support replacement and reinstatement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external property surveys for lead service pipe replacement works on domestic and commercial properties.
- Engage with customers on-site to explain the lead replacement programme and encourage sign-up to the lead replacement scheme where applicable.
