This full-time role focuses on reviewing applications and managing encroachments on high-pressure pipelines regulated by the BC Energy Regulator. Candidates should possess analytical skills and relevant experience in land use and property management. The position entails liaising with stakeholders, negotiating resolutions, and maintaining accurate records within an inclusive corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process pipeline permit applications thoroughly
• Conduct field investigations for encroachments and unauthorized activities
• Liaise with internal teams regarding right-of-way agreements
• Respond to inquiries from public and property owners
• Prepare awareness correspondence around FortisBC rights-of-way
