Start date: ASAP
Shift: 4x10 (0700-1730)
Weekend Req: Every other weekend call 24/7
On- Call Requirement: Yes, 2 call shifts per week during the week plus every other weekend
Floating Req: NONE
Vacation Req: On call Rotation as needed
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Years of experience REQ: 5 years
