Description
Working to support the women's services or Urology team on the main campus. They will be helping with two main areas:
Front Office Support: Registering patients at the front desk, checking insurance, helping them with the automated registration machines, scheduling appointments, and guiding them to the room for their appointment.
Back Office Support: Follow up calls and emails, scheduling appointments, Insurance Authorizations, and additional administrative support as needed.
**This individual will mainly be working in the back office, Surgical Scheduling for all of their surgery appointments. They will be doing the auths prior and working with the patients to make sure they are ready for the surgery. They are really emphasizing needing experience in this area.
