Job OverviewThe role defines and drives the Innovative Solutions strategy across Mexico, ensuring successful deployment, positioning integrated services and solutions as a key lever for value creation, market expansion, and long‐term growth for J&J Surgery.
Works in close collaboration with the Health Economics team, KAM team, Medical Affairs team and Account Leaders to identify customer needs, shape differentiated value propositions, and design and implement innovative solutions that make J&J Surgery a relevant and trusted partner across priority accounts.
Under the direct influence of this position, commercial teams are expected to embed Innovative Solutions into commercial plans and account strategies, requiring strong cross‐functional collaboration and the ability to influence sales, marketing, and customer‐facing teams without formal authority.
