Supervises the planning, scheduling, setting up, and running of routine and production streams.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production team members across assigned shifts and production lines.

Ensure daily production schedules are met in compliance with safety, quality, and delivery requirements.

Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, yield, scrap, downtime) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost reduction, and process efficiency.
