**Job Overview**

The **Supervisor II – Production (Shift Rotation)** is responsible for executing the day–night production plan, ensuring output meets takt time, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role leads shift operations, coaches shift/line leaders, enforces SOP/SWI adherence, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The position also collaborates closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve constraints and support stable ramp readiness.
