About The Role

A very exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team to help provide support to our residents across our 3 sites in Weston Super Mare and Clevedon. Working in an environment that is dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement, you will work with people who are or have recently experienced homelessness and who are in need of support and accommodation. Assessing needs, building trust, enabling and unlocking our clients potential to live independently, you will need to get to know your clients, enhance their social integration and abilities by encouraging them to participate in social and leisure programmes, help residents with their support needs and with the practicalities of everyday living.
