We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a dedicated Adults & Families service based in Truro. This is a rewarding opportunity supporting vulnerable adults within a community-focused environment.

Please note there will be an expectation to cover additional schemes across Cornwall, therefore applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

The Role

Supporting individuals with a variety of support needs
Delivering person-centred support and support planning
Risk assessing and managing challenging situations
Maintaining accurate records and case notes
Lone working as well as working collaboratively within a team
Building positive relationships with service users and partner agencies
