Role Summary

We're looking for caring, hands‑on Support Workers who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker your primary role will be to help clients gain more independence in their daily lives, providing personal care, teaching new life skills, encouraging socialisation, and facilitating activities within a dynamic team in a welcoming residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Teach life‑skills and support independence in cooking, bathing, etc.
• Encourage clients to access local communities, socialise and participate in activities.
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Support individuals with mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.
• Work flexible and resiliently within a team, providing support on a part‑time basis.
