Our Homelessness Services works to break the cycle of homelessness through a range of tailored support to individuals and families - through Lifehouses, NAP pads, Housing First, practical support to rough sleepers, floating support and outreach services, and addiction services.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. To address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
