Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 36–38 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Between 8am and 8pm, long days and/or short shifts
Location: Wimbledon – SW20

HomeCareDirect is looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team. This role gives you the chance to provide consistent, person‑centred support and help someone enjoy the activities, routines, and achievements that are important to them.

About the Person You Will Support

Our client is friendly and enjoys being active in the community, particularly visits to the gym. They may experience low mood or anxiety and would benefit from encouragement, reassurance, and someone who can help them build confidence and independence. They are currently studying, so support with organisation, motivation, and day‑to‑day activities is valuable.
