👥 About the Role
We support a diverse range of individuals in the community and in their own homes – each with their own unique needs and goals. You will generally spend your shift in one place and help people live more independently by supporting with:
Daily living tasks (e.g. meal prep, personal care, budgeting)
Social activities (e.g. swimming, gym, rugby games, concerts – sometimes during evenings)
Building life skill...
