Role Summary

Urgent Community Response provides care across Exeter and outlying areas, and you will be part of a team providing a quality service promoting independence, dignity and support. This service aims to avoid unplanned hospital admission for people who could safely be maintained and supported at home, as well as enabling people to return to their home as quickly as possible from hospital. The service operates on a 7-day roster system between : – :, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
