Our team and the individuals you'll support

You'll become part of a dedicated team who supports individuals who have autism to live in their own homes. Their homes are all situated in the same housing support complex, so there will be no travel to other support locations while on shift.

You'll build a genuine relationship with each individual and be part of moments that really matter; whether it's providing support to cook a meal, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood.

In addition to supporting the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, you'll also support them with their hobbies and interests too, including football, going to the gym, walking...
