Position Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve challenging operational issues in a complex enterprise environment that runs fleets of server instances interacting with multiple services across several AWS regions. Develop and implement unique solutions to service issues tailored to our customersβ individual needs for application deployment. Build and maintain CloudFormation templates, Chef cookbooks, and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes. Build utilities and tools that facilitate safe, high-speed, wide-scale operations. Create tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles for AWS customers. Resolve critical, highly complex customer problems that span multiple AWS services. Drive customer communication during critical events.
