Cardiff - Hybrid (3 days in office)
Up to £30,000 + benefits

We're working with a growing cloud and telecoms business in Cardiff, hiring 3 Support Engineers. It's a great opportunity to move into a niche area like voice and cloud, with full training provided.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP, SIP)
- Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end
- Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing system
- Learning platforms, call systems and integrations
