Guidehouse is seeking a Support Center Coach to support a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. This office is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness of public diplomacy practitioners by streamlining access to Department resources, enhancing tailored support, and improving transparency and coordination across bureaus so that public diplomacy practitioners can do their jobs more effectively.
As a Support Center Coach, you will manage a portfolio of missions (embassies, consulates, and domestic public diplomacy offices) and serve as the primary liaison between the public diplomacy practitioners at these missions and the support services offered by the Bureau and Department.
