We are recruiting for a Supply Teacher to join our team! This day‑to‑day role with Flourish Education offers you the flexibility to work as and when you want and in the schools you want. Working cross various primary schools in the Stafford area offers the opportunity for everyday to be different.

As this is a day‑to‑day supply teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons; however you will be expected to:

• Create a positive learning environment
• Work alongside the teaching assistant
• Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
• Deliver pre‑planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class

To apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

• Experience in teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
