Supply Coordinator – Reporting to Operations Manager – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Location

Kuala Lumpur – central location accessible by public transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement department.
• Continuous follow up on quotes and orders with sub-status ‘Awaiting approval’.
• Process orders, including non-available items.
• Order non-available items.
• Scan Delivery Notes when applicable.
• Create invoice for closed orders.
• Maintain required control reports and documentation.
• Assist other departments as needed on stock orders and purchase orders.
• Any other responsibility put forward by Manager not covered by this Functional Description (within reasonable limits).
