**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The Facility Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing all supply chain activities as directed by the Director of Supply Chain Operations or COO. Responsible for overseeing receiving, distributing, replenishment, and inventory management of all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Facility Supply Chain Supervisor assists with coordinating, managing, and evaluating supply chain personnel.**
