Responsibilities

1. Planning Management: Oversee spare parts demand across the European region, collaborate with agents to execute rolling forecasts for each country, engage deeply with business units to optimize planning models, continuously improve forecast accuracy to increase overall European forecast accuracy, and enhance end‑customer demand fulfillment rates.
2. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with production, warehousing, logistics, and IT teams to resolve issues in the spare parts order fulfillment process for each country. Establish order tracking mechanisms, analyze process efficiency at each node, and continuously optimize workflows to shorten lead times according to varying situations in each country.
