Supply Chain & Quality Manager

The importance of the supply chain and the resulting supplier management continues to increase at Airbus Defence and Space. Supply Chain Quality Management plays a decisive role: it is more than an aviation‑law requirement; we must demand supplier compliance to offer our customers the highest quality and on‑time service.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface with suppliers for operational activities.
• Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision.
• Manage/contribute to supply‑chain and quality aspects of the contract, ensuring on‑time, on‑quality (and on‑cost when applicable) performance.
• Manage supplier quality approval, ensuring suppliers are compliant with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor or support new product introduction, ToW, and changes, guaranteeing industrial qualification maturity before serial phase. <...
