Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing requests, RFQs, quotation analysis, and purchase order issuance. Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery timelines, and documentation while supporting basic cost negotiations. Ensure accuracy of requisitions, approvals, and procurement records in line with internal processes. Track order status, follow up on deliveries and payments, and resolve any delays or discrepancies. Support vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and maintain proper documentation and reporting. Requirements: Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in
procurement, purchasing, or supply chain environment. Familiar with sourcing processes, vendor coordination, and PR to PO workflows. Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.
