Job Description
:Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle (creation, confirmation, tracking, and fulfillment) Coordinate closely with global suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply issues proactively Monitor open orders, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to prevent delays or shortages Ensure accuracy and completeness of all order-related documentation (POs, contracts, shipping documents) Develop and manage inventory strategies including safety stock policies and replenishment planning Monitor inventory levels, turnover, and aging to prevent stockouts and excess inventory Collaborate with demand planning team to align supply plans with forecast and business needs Analyze supply-demand gaps and drive appropriate actions (expedite, defer, rebalance) Support de...
