Job Description

Key Tasks


  • Own inbound supply execution end-to-end for assigned categories across APAC - keeping product moving on time and at optimal cost
  • Manage purchase orders and shipping schedules in SAP and/or D365 (and trackers), ensuring accurate quantities, dates, and notes throughout the PO lifecycle.
  • Maintain shipment visibility (ETD/ETA + status) by following up with suppliers, carriers and forwarders to keep timelines confirmed and current.
  • Proactively expedite and resolve exceptions.,Identify at-risk or overdue orders early, escalate where needed, coordinate recovery actions, and close out issues to protect customer commitments.
  • Coordinate freight and inbound logistics decisions (mode, route, consolidation) to balance service, cost and lead time.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance readiness - commercial invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL and country-specific requirements are complete and available to prevent clear...
