HonestAbove is Singapore's growing food logistics company, delivering fresh ingredients to restaurants, kopitiams, coffee shops, and food vendors across the island in the early-morning window (1 AM to 11 AM). We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end food logistics operations and coordinate our early-morning driver fleet.
This role is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in fast-paced, time-critical, food-grade operations and enjoys both strategic planning and operational execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Chain & Procurement (approx 40%) - Manage end-to-end food ingredient supply chain from supplier sourcing to last-mile delivery - Negotiate commercial terms with food suppliers and distributors - Forecast demand based on client orders and seasonality - Track inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and minimize wastage - Monitor cold-chain integrity and food safety compliance
